Welcome to BODHII, a do-it-yourself (DIY) repair application provided by Takezo LLC, doing business as BODHII ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the BODHII app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the App and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Takezo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Purpose of the App

BODHII is a DIY repair tool designed to provide Users with general guidance, suggestions, and recommendations for home, automotive, or other repairs ("Repair Recommendations"). The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace professional repair services or advice.

3. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

3.1 User Liability for Repairs

You acknowledge and agree that any repair you undertake based on the App's Repair Recommendations is performed at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or liability (collectively, "Damages") resulting from your execution of such repairs, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or harm to third parties.

3.2 No Professional Advice

The Repair Recommendations provided by the App are not a substitute for professional repair services, licensed contractors, or certified technicians. You assume full responsibility for assessing your own skill level, the condition of your property or equipment, and the suitability of any Repair Recommendation before proceeding.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takezo LLC, doing business as BODHII, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any Damages arising from or related to your use of the App or reliance on any Repair Recommendations. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether caused by your actions, errors in the App, or otherwise.

4.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its Repair Recommendations are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Repair Recommendation.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Takezo LLC, doing business as BODHII, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your reliance on Repair Recommendations, or any violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, code, and Repair Recommendations, is the property of Takezo LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
